The approach to prototype systems can be formal or programmatic. In our case, we chose to choose the latter. A deep analysis of the program and of the proposed plot led us to a very simple prototype idea, geometrically driven, that allowed the adaptation not only to any type of plot but also to diverse constructive systems linked to the plot choice. This design decision meant that the project could be understood from 1) its facades; 2) the play area space or the “garden within the garden”, and 3) the solution of the program and the optimization of the circulations, taking into account the parameters of Universal Design.
